Upcoming Exterior Renovations this summer!

MEETING NOTICE FOR NEIGHBOURS OF THE PROJECT

This summer, Churchill Seniors Recreation Centre will be undergoing needed building accessibility upgrades. This will involve replacing the exterior entrance ramp, stairs, handrail and improvements to the retaining wall and parking lot. At the same time there will be restoration of masonry, woodwork and windows on the heritage portion of the building. These two projects necessitate closing entranceways into the building, and the parking lot area for a period of 10-12 weeks (mid- June to mid-September).

There will be an information meeting for neighbours of the project to identify what is involved with the construction and what to expect over this 12-week period.

6:00-8:00pm

The City Project coordinator will be on hand to walk you through the design and timeline and you are welcome to bring questions and concerns.  Councillor Leiper (or his representative) will be available as well.
