Fire fund for Jessica and Brad

On Sunday, our neighbours Jessica Dwyer and Brad Kukurudz experienced a devastating fire on Hinchey, made worse by the loss of a beloved pet. Jess and Brad are known and loved in the neighbourhood, and many in the cycling community know Brad as the owner of Hintonburg Cycle Works, which he ran from their home.

Hintonburg has a long tradition of helping fire victims in our neighbourhood, and we're asking you to again assist one of your neighbours in need. They'll need some cushion in the next few weeks.

The Hintonburg Community Association will be collecting donations for those who wish to help. You can send either a Paypal or Interac payment using the email treasurer@hintonburg.com, and the full proceeds will be released to Jess and Brad. If you're using Interac, please set the security question to whatever you wish, but please use JessBrad as the security answer. You can also drop off a donation at the Hintonburg Community Centre, 1064 Wellington Street West. If making a donation by cheque, please make it out to the Hintonburg Community Association Inc., with a note that it is for the Jess and Brad fire fund.
