Development Open House: 1946 Scott St

We invite you to attend an Open House for a proposed development at 1946 Scott St. Surface Developments are proposing a mid-rise, 12 storey building comprised of roughly 70 units. This will be a transit oriented development that will feature a significant number of environmentally friendly features. A rendering of the proposed development can be seen on this post. We will link to the application documents here as soon as they are available.
