Committee of Adjustment agenda, January 17

You are here

I won't have a newsletter out for another week, but it's worth a peek at the Kitchissippi items coming up on the January 17 agenda of the Committee of Adjustment (CoA). The full details including plans are here.

(Don't subscribe to the newsletter and wondering what the CoA is? I've got a handy draft primer up here.)

  • 193 & 195 Breezhill N:  The owners are seeking to subdivide the property to establish separate ownerships for the existing two-storey semi;
  • 446 Tweedsmuir/(255) Wesley: The owners are seeking to demolish the existing dwelling and build a two-storey semi. They're seeking variances including for reduced front-yard setback and side-yard setback;
  • 182 Forward: the owner is seeking to demolish the exsiting rear-yard shed, and to build a one and one-half storey attached garage. He is seeking variances including reduced total interior side-yard setback, reduced rear-yard setback, and reduced rear lot area;
  • 348 & (350) Winona: Falsetto Homes is seeking to demolish the existing three-storey, three-unit dwelling and subdivide the property into two separate parcels of land, then construct two three-storey, three-unit dwellings with one triplex on each of the proposed parcels. He is seeking variances associated with reduced lot width and lot area;
  • 489 & 491 Bevan: The owner is seeking to subdivide the property into two separate parcels of land to establish separate ownerships for the recently constructed two-storey semi.
  • 205 Hinchey: The owner is seeking to demolish the existing two-storey duplex and build a three-storey, three-unit dwelling. This was deferred from the previous CoA meeting, and I understand the plans have evolved.
