Budgetspeak 2016

In preparation for both the 2015 and 2016 budgets, Councillors Chernushenko, Fleury, McKenney, Nussbaum and I held consultations with residents to get a better sense of their priorities - and the funding options - for the municipal budget. This year, in the interest of moving the three priorities about which we heard more than any others forward, we are focusing our budget consultation on the "how" rather than the "what".
