As you may be aware, is a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application circulating for 211 Loretta Ave to facilitate the establishment of a fourth unit in the basement of the three-unit dwelling located at 211 Loretta Avenue.

Please note that feedback can be given up to and after the open house.
Our office is also hosting an open house to discuss these applications on Thursday, May 2 at Happy Goat Coffee (35 Laurel) from 6:00-7:30pm. The applicant's team will be on hand to run through the two applications, and the lead planner will be available to field process questions. Jeff will also facilitate a Q + A.
