159 and 147 Forward Ave - Site Plan Control Update

You may recall that there was a previous Site Plan Control application for CCOC's project at 159 Forward Ave. The original application was submitted in May 2020 and included a proposal for 159 Forward Avenue only. As you probably remember, CCOC acquired the property at 147 Forward Avenue last summer with the help of your Section 37 funds. They have since revised their proposal and are now proposing a four-storey low-rise apartment building with 49 units. The original proposal included 31 units. 

They are now proposing  a four-storey low-rise apartment dwelling with 49 dwelling units, 7 surface parking spaces, 27 bicycle parking spaces, and outdoor amenity area in the rear yard.  The proposed development received funding through the City’s affordable housing program.
